Three emblematic bottles : a Japanese gin made from 19 botanical elements, an unreduced 40° shochu aged for 7 years in sherry casks, and an amber Japanese rum. A beautiful panorama !
Selection of 3 different bottles :
- Shochu Tenshino Yuwaku
- Santa Maria Gold Rum
- Kanomori Gin
Tenshino Yuwaku : The unreduced version of Tomino Houzan, aged for 7 years in sherry casks. With 40% alcohol, this is a powerful yet unctuous distillate; round, with hints of dried fruit, prune and apricot. Hints of undergrowth and caramel. A shochu reminiscent of marc de Bourgogne !
Santa Maria Gold : A Japanese rum from the island of Iejima, neighboring the main island of Okinawa. It is aged in American oak barrels. The tension and fruitiness of the cristal version are restored, with more roundness and a beautiful expression of dried fruit.
Kanomori Gin : No fewer than 19 botanical elements were distilled for Kanomori Gin, resulting in a rather mild gin with an intense taste and a long finish, literally giving the impression of being in the middle of the forest. Powerful flavors enlivened by subtle notes of citrus, wild herbs, medicinal notes and kuromoji. The design of the bottle is extremely meticulous, and has even won awards.
