About the brewery : Yamagata Prefecture is considered to be the "Kingdom of Sake", as it is home to a number of leading Kura. Shuho Shuzojo is one of the region's rising stars, and even though its establishment dates back to 1890, it has recently made a name for itself for the quality of its sakes, both among its peers and in competitions.
Serving suggestions : Enjoy chilled, with sashimi or sushi, or simply as an aperitif with simply prepared foods.
