Sasara Tsuki 30cl
Grapey and subtly mellow, it is particularly suitable for beginners. Made with pure water from Mount Gassan and high-quality rice, it won a silver medal at the 2007 International Wine Challenge.

Detailed tasting notes : Sasara Tsuki is low in alcohol. On the palate, it is both sweet and acidic. It also offers delicate aromas of green apple and pear, and a slight acidity reminiscent of white wine.
Serving suggestions : This sake is best enjoyed chilled. Perfect as an aperitif or to accompany light dishes such as sushi, fish and shellfish, its finesse and quality will win you over. With very little alcohol, it is ideal for those new to sake tasting.
