Chingu Kuro : A shochu with a rich, savory flavor that perfectly expresses the depth of barley and the power of black Koji, while remaining supple and delicate. Enjoy as is or, even better, as an oyuwari with hot water.
Uminchu Awamori : An Okinawan Awamori with fruity, bright and refreshing tones. The idea behind this awamori is to get closer to light notes inspired by the scents of the ocean, rather than getting to the classically rustic aromas of this drink.
Kanoshizuku Gin : No fewer than 11 botanical elements were distilled for Kanoshizuku Gin, resulting in a dry, rounded gin with herbaceous flavors and spicy notes that unfold as you sip.
