By the use of yeast 1801, Iinuma Meijo manages to elaborate this Junmaï (tokubetsu) on very fruity notes. A junmai with a very present nose, marked by the fruits. Rich, intense, a good umami, it will accompany you wonderfully along the entire length of the meal.

A fruity Junmaï tokubetsu, rich and pleasant throughout the meal

About the brewery : The Iinuma Meijo brewery is located on the way to Nikko from Tokyo, on the banks of the Suginamiki road, famous for being lined with cedar trees for over 35 km. We're in the heart of Tochigi prefecture, a region renowned for the quality of its rice and water, and for its unspoilt natural environment. This very small family brewery offers a series of special cuvées called Sugata, representing just 10% of their production.

Serving suggestions : Enjoy chilled or at room temperature, as an aperitif or throughout the meal.
