Imayo Tsukasa Black, also named Junmaï Chokarakuchi is a super dry sake, very fine and straight, while remaining delicate in the mouth and easy to drink. It is proposed in a very elegant and sobre dressing, a bottle and its totally black label.

A very dry, lively and refreshing sake

72cl - alc. 16% vol.

About the brewery : Established in 1767 Imayo Tsukasa actually began its history as an inn and sake shop. It wasn't until the middle of the Meiji era that it became a brewery and devoted all its efforts to production. The factory is located in Nuttari, the historic heartland of Japanese fermented products such as miso, soy sauce and, of course, sake. Today, Imayo Tsukasa is an emblematic and prestigious representative of Niigata's sake houses. Its products are in the purest "tanrei Karakuchi" style, lively, dry and thirst-quenching.

Detailed tasting notes : Imayo Tsukasa Black, also known as Junmaï Chokarakuchi, is a super dry, fine and straightforward sake. Delicate on the palate and easy to drink, it comes in a sober bottle with an all-black label. A thirst-quenching sake in the authentic style of Niigata sake, "tanrei Karakuchi", clear, clean and precise. It brings plenty of freshness.

Serving suggestions : Very refreshing and thirst-quenching, it goes wonderfully well with meat, grilled fish and other richly flavoured meals.
