Sake Kikka ("the citrus flower") is a Junmaï-Nama-Genshu (no alcohol or added water, unpasteurized). Its nose is fresh and evokes champagne, oak wood. The palate is complex and unctuous. It evolves on mineral sensations, supporting notes of cocoa, bitter orange and pear.
Powerful, intense, to be tasted on assertive flavors.
