MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN REQUEST
To make a return or exchange request and receive your returns label, please follow the steps below.
- Log in to your My Account area
- Then click on "my order history and details".
- Then click on details and scroll down the page
- Select the product to be returned
- Enter the reason for the exchange or return
- Click on "generate an exchange" or "generate a return".
You can also contact us by email at email@example.com to receive the returns form.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS
1.1 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS
The customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the items or collection of the entire order to exercise his right of withdrawal and return the products. After this period, withdrawal will no longer be possible. In the event of the Customer receiving damaged Products, the procedure set out in article 1.2 shall apply.
The item(s) returned must be new and must not have been used or consumed. They must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, in the original shipping carton or, if the carton has been damaged, in a carton of equivalent quality that will prevent any damage during the return journey. Any attached labels and any commercial or advertising items that may have been included with the order must be included in the return package. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the return being refused.
On receipt of the package, midorinoshima.com will judge whether the returned goods are in perfect condition.
No return will be accepted if the articles returned have been used, damaged or consumed, due to the customer. To exercise his/her right of withdrawal, the customer may contact Midorinoshima by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. To exercise his right of return, the customer can also indicate his intention to return the Product to midorinoshima.com by declaring his return online from his customer account. Midorinoshima will acknowledge receipt of the return request by email and will send the elements to be attached to the return by email.
Midorinoshima.com will acknowledge receipt of the return request by email. The return costs will be paid by midorinoshima.com who will send the customer a prepaid return label to affix to the parcel as well as any other documents to enclose. The customer must then hand in the parcel, together with the required documents, at a post office or Chronopost branch.
Midorinoshima.com undertakes to reimburse the customer for the Products returned, subject to compliance with the above-mentioned conditions.
Any reimbursement following a return will be made via the means of payment used for the initial order, once the product(s) have been returned, and this within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. Reimbursement will only be made for products returned in compliance, excluding delivery costs. Finally, in the event of abnormal or abusive returns, midorinoshima.com reserves the right to refuse a subsequent order.
1.2 CASE OF A NON-CONFORMING PRODUCT OR DAMAGED PARCEL
Packages are sent in secure packaging, either individually or in batches of up to 12 bottles. Packages are insured against theft, loss or breakage. We recommend that you check their integrity on receipt. If in doubt, check with the delivery person that the goods are in perfect condition. In the event of breakage, even partial, refuse the parcel so that a re-shipment procedure can be quickly initiated.
In the event that the product is delivered non-compliant (Product error, defective Product, incomplete Product), the customer must imperatively make written reservations by email (email@example.com) at the latest within three (3) calendar days following delivery, to Midorinoshima and/or the carrier.
In the event of a return request due to non-conformity, the customer must imperatively request a return agreement from midorinoshima.com.
The non-conforming product delivered may either be replaced, brought back into conformity by sending the customer a replacement part or, if applicable, reimbursed by midorinoshima.com as soon as it is received.
The customer benefits from a period of thirty fourteen days from the date of receipt of the articles or collection of the entire order to exercise his right of withdrawal. During this period, the customer may freely return undamaged Products.
