IMAYO TSUKASA - NIIGATA PREFECTURE
Established in 1767, Imayo Tsukasa truly began its history as an Izakaya and sake shop. It was in the middle of Meiji era that it became a brewery and devoted all its efforts to production. The factory is located in Nuttari, the historic heart of Japanese fermented products such as miso, soy sauce, and of course sake. Imayo Tsusaka is today an emblematic and prestigious representative of sake producers of Niigata. Products are in the purest "tanrei Karakuchi" style, lively, dry, and thirst-quenching.
