KIRINZAN SHUZO - NIIGATA PREFECTURE

Located in Aga, Niigata Prefecture, at the foot of Mount Kirin, close to the Tokonami River, Kirinzan Shuzo has been brewing sake for over 170 years. To ensure the highest quality rice for the product, Kirinzan's toji works with team members in the local rice fields during the summer months, and participates in the harvest in the autumn.
