OMOYA SHUZO - NAGASAKI PRÉFECTURE
Located on Iki Island, in the north of Nagasaki Prefecture, in the Genkai Sea, between Japan and Korea, Omoya Shuzo Brewery was founded in 1924 by Kakuzo Yokoyama. Since 2018, the brewery has had a production unit with the best equipment, based on a long tradition and valuable know-how. It is said that barley shochu originates from the island of Iki. It offers an amazing combination of shochu produced by hand, using traditional techniques, and shochu produced using state-of-the-art equipment.
