This premium hōjicha comes from the historic region of Kyoto. It is made from the first harvest (ichibancha), known for its richness in nutrients and the finesse of its aromas. Composed exclusively of young leaves, it is then delicately roasted. Brew with water at 100°C (212°F) for 30 seconds.
