SAKURAO DISTILLERY - HIROSHIMA PRÉFECTURE
At the origin of this very original project is Chugoku Jozo, a traditionnal shochu distillery, in the region of Hiroshima, town of Sakurao and Hatsukaichi more precisely. In the idea to step in the production of western traditionnal distillates, they create a new artisanal distillery in 2018.
