Discover the classic Ozeki brewery !

30cl - alc. 15.5% vol.
辛丹波 本醸造 生貯蔵 大関(兵庫)

About the brewery : Ozeki was founded in 1711 by Osakaya Chobei in the village of Imazu. At the time it was known as "Manryo", before changing its name to "Ozeki" over a century later. Completely destroyed by fire in an air raid during the Second World War, it started again from virtually nothing in a spirit of innovation that led it to become one of the undisputed market leaders. For example, it sponsored Sumo tournaments and launched the first "One Cup" for the Tokyo Olympic Games. Since 1979, Ozeki has also been producing in the United States to meet local demand.

Detailed tasting notes : The fresh, clean aroma is enhanced by a smooth, dry finish.

Serving suggestions : Ideal with raw oysters, soba noodles and lemon chicken.
