Our section dedicated to Japanese sake, also known as Nihonshu, offers a fascinating exploration of this traditional beverage. Obtained by fermenting rice, Japanese sake has an alcohol content of around 15%. The manufacturing process, involving the polishing of rice and the use of specific mushrooms and yeasts, gives rise to a diversity of flavors and aromas.
