Namazake sake is an unpasteurized sake; Nigorizake is an unfiltered sake. These are amazing sakes, full of freshness, and are comparable to natural wines! Under the tongue there are unique notes of ferments. Exclusive sensations to this type of sake. Beware, they are to be drunk soon after opening.
Our advice : Choose a Nama sake, or Happo, if you're ready to discover the lively, sometimes breezy or sparkling side of this type of sake. For nigori, you will have something very rich, not always easy to marry with a dish, but can work wonderfully when the pairing is a success. Try with desserts !
