Our section dedicated to Japanese sake, also known as Nihonshu, offers a fascinating exploration of this traditional beverage. Obtained by fermenting rice, Japanese sake has an alcohol content of around 15%. Sake can be enjoyed in a variety of ways, served either chilled or heated, and adapted to different occasions such as aperitifs or meals.
