Ginjo Sakes
Ginjo sakes have light, floral, and fruity scents. In the mouth they are delicate, fragrant and complex. When it comes to Ginjo sakes, the rice is polished more than 60%. Special types of yeasts are used to ferment the rice, and all of this takes place at a very low temperature.
Our advice : Choose a Ginjo if you are looking for sake on floral and fruity notes, to enjoy as is, fresh or at room temperature, as an aperitif or during the meal, accompanied by a simple and refined cuisine.
